“Rocks are the keepers of secrets”  Navajo Proverb

I have always loved rocks. As a kid, I used to collect them on family vacations. Now, I paint and photograph rocks that you pass by on hiking trails and never notice. Rocks hiding in plain sight. About 90% of the ones I use in my art, I found, here in Northern California. I call them storytelling rocks. I can almost hear them whispering to me.

My education includes The Art Students League of New York in Manhattan, Pratt Institute in Brooklyn New York, and Berkeley Extention in San Francisco.

My Original Paintings are Mixed Media. Photography and Acrylic Paint on stretched Canvas. Each one is a unique and individual work of art. All my Photographic Art prints are made with completely Archival materials. I use Museum Grade, heavy, lightly textured Paper, and Pigment Based Inks, to make GICLEE Prints that are designed to last for 200 years. These are limited Edition up to 100, and signed. Please feel free to contact me through the contact feature on the home page of this site. I would love to hear from you.

Peace my friends
